it is important for you to read the policy below if you are interested in the services.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.

This policy applies to every appointment whether is booked via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, the online booking system, e-mail or by phone.

BOOKING FEE

Dear costumers, in order to secure your appointment, a Non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the value of your appointment is required. The fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment and can be paid by bank transfer immediately after we agree to a date and time.

Please note that when you contact me to book an appointment, it is important for you to pay the booking fee immediately to confirm your appointment. I understand you are busy and this is why I kindly ask you to contact me only when you have the time to book and make the payment to secure your appointment.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING

Dear costumers, we do understand that things can happen in life and that you may be late for your appointment or even cancel last minute. However, these things have a huge impact on a business and other costumers as well. Therefore, I have a policy in place to protect the customers and the business.

48-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The booking fee can be moved to another date if you want your appointment to be rescheduled and you can reschedule the same appointment 1 time only.

Please be advised that failure to provide 48-hour notice before a cancelled, rescheduled or missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or full price service.

When late I might not be able to carry the service you originally booked and I might need to change it to a shorter time slot or sometimes not be able to carry it at all. However, I will always try my best to provide options when possible.

Late arrivals (up to 10min) or last-minute changes to the treatment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service or full price service.

KID POLICY

Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, it is not safe or practical having children in the treatment room. Although we love children and also mothers ♡ so we do make some adjustments.

Only Small babies who are not yet mobile and don't require assistance during the treatment are welcome for not longer than 30 min appointments in the safety of their car seats/prams. Please contact us and let us know if you are coming with your child.
