Policy

Hello Everyone,

it is important for you to read the policy below if you are interested in the services.


By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.

This policy applies to every appointment whether is booked via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, the online booking system, e-mail or by phone.

Booking Fee

Dear clients, a Non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your appointment. The fee will be deducted from your total on the day of the appointment.

 

Cancelling or Rescheduling

Dear clients, we understand that life happens and that you may be late for your appointment or even cancel last minute. However, these things have a huge impact on a business and other costumers as well. That's why there is a policy in place to protect everyone.
48-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable but can be moved to another date. If you cancel your appointment, you must reschedule immediately and book a new date. We allow one reschedule per booking if we receive at least 48 hour-notice. Any additional rescheduling will require a new booking fee.

Please be advised that failure to provide 48-hour notice before a cancelled, rescheduled or missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or full price service.
Bundles, vouchers, block bookings, promotions or discounted treatments scheduled for set dates and times are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

​Late Arrivals & Treatment Modifications

Please be advised that late arrivals of up to 10 minutes or any last-minute changes to your scheduled treatment may result in being charged the full-service cost. If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full service you originally booked. In some cases, the treatment may need to be shortened or not possible at all. However, we will always do our best to offer options when possible.

To avoid any charges, please notify us of any changes at least 48 hours in advance.
if you fail to attend an appointment, a pre-payment will be required for all future bookings. Clients who miss 3 appointments or do not follow the booking policy, will no longer be accepted for future appointments and will not be welcome on the premises. We value both your time and ours, and these policies help us treat everyone with respect and fairness.

Kid Policy 

Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, it is not safe or practical having children in the treatment room. Although we love children and also mothers ♡ so we do make some adjustments.

Only Small babies who are not yet mobile and don't require assistance during the treatment are welcome for not longer than 30 min appointments in the safety of their car seats/prams. Please contact us and let us know if you are coming with your child.
